Fabrizio Romano has reported that Mauricio Pochettino’s Chelsea are about to sign Axel Disasi from AS Monaco.
According to an Italian journalist, AS Monaco defender Axel Disasi will have a physical at Chelsea today.
Disasi is already in England, preparing to join Chelsea during the summer transfer window.
Chelsea will pay AS Monaco €45 million (£39 million) in transfer costs for the 25-year-old France international defender, according to Romano.

Newcastle United and Manchester United have also been connected with Disasi during the summer transfer season, but it appears that the defender will join Chelsea.
Disasi made 37 starts and one substitute appearance in Ligue 1 for Monaco last season.
The 25-year-old scored three goals and gave three assists in those games.
Disasi also scored two goals and provided one assist in eight UEFA Europa League matches for Monaco last season.
