Chelsea have agreed to a £115 million ($146 million) deal with Brighton & Hove Albion to recruit Moises Caicedo.
Caicedo has a physical with Chelsea scheduled for tomorrow (Monday), and the deal is anticipated to be finalized on the same day, with the player signing an eight-year contract with the option of a further season.
