Jurrien Timber post two strange words on his social media regarding some Arsenal Fans comments on his injury

Jurrien Timber’s start to life at Arsenal  has not gone as planned. The Dutch international had become a regular under Mikel Arteta after signing from Ajax earlier in the summer.

Timber, however, suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury in his right knee after being named to Arsenal’s starting XI for the Premier League season.

The 22-year-old was injured near the conclusion of the first half after colliding with Nottingham Forest forward Brennan Johnson. Timber was forced off after going down unopposed after coming out during the second half.

Unfortunately, the club announced on Wednesday that the defender had ruptured his ACL. “Further to detailed assessments with consultant specialists since Saturday, we can confirm that Jurrien Timber has sustained an injury to his anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee,” the club said in a statement on its website.

“Jurrien will have surgery in the coming days and will be out of commission for a while.”

“Our medical team’s support and expertise, as well as everyone at the club, will now be focused on Jurrien’s rehabilitation program, to ensure he recovers well and returns to play as soon as possible.”

And following the announcement, TImber has continued to update supporters on social media. After thanking the Gunners faithful for their warm welcome, the former Ajax man posted a rather cryptic message on social media.

On Friday afternoon, he wrote: “Testimony time.” Fans have continued to send their messages of support in the replies to the tweet.
