Tottenham Hotspur are interested in a player swap with Fulham.
RMC Sport reporter Fabrice Hawkins has revealed that Fulham boss Marco Silva wants to sign Eric Dier as part of the operation to sell Tosin Adarabioyo to Tottenham.
Dier has been left out of the club’s first two matchday squads, with Davinson Sanchez, who has been widely projected to move Tottenham (Pipe Sierra), now seemingly ahead of the England international in Ange Postecoglou’s pecking order. Tottenham Hotspur are interested in a player swap with Fulham.
Several newspapers have stated in the last week that Tottenham will try to move on the 29-year-old if they bring in another center-back (Football Insider).
Adarabioyo is one of the central defenders said to be on Spurs’ radar, with certain French newspapers reporting in recent weeks that Monaco are in pole position to sign the 25-year-old ahead of Spurs (Foot Mercato).

Hawkins has now resorted to social media to declare that the Fulham man prefers the Louis II Stadium to N17, with the player having already inked personal terms with the Ligue 1 side.
However, Silva would want Adarabioyo to join Spurs because he wants to bring Dier to Craven Cottage as part of the deal.

I believe this news is true because Silva knows Dier well from his time at Sporting, when the Portuguese coach took over just months before Dier joined Spurs.
It is also possible that Adarabioyo prefers a move to Monaco because he is unsure he would get consistent game time at Tottenham.
