Galatasaray is making a late move to sign Arsenal midfielder Albert Sambi Lokonga.
The Belgian has been warned he can leave, and numerous clubs have expressed interest in signing him in recent months.
He remains at Arsenal, however, with just hours until the transfer market ends.
Galatasaray Haber writes on Twitter that Gala is now aiming to clinch the transaction and loan him out for the rest of the season.
The Belgian and Arsenal player should be overjoyed with this opportunity and willing to depart.

This could be Lokonga’s last chance to leave the club this summer, and we must do everything we can to guarantee he does.
The midfielder has never impressed enough to demonstrate his ability to function at this level, and it is still perplexing that he was recruited to our squad for a cost.
Now is not the time to be concerned about that option; we just need to get rid of him and pare down our enormous squad.
Even if it means paying some of Lokonga’s salaries, we must not let this opportunity to get rid of him pass us by.
