The Spanish giants appeared headed for a draw until the English sensation stepped up to score his fifth goal of the season.

Jude Bellingham continues to make waves in La Liga!

The highly-rated Englishman has taken to life in Spain like a duck to water, scoring four goals and assisting another in his first three La Liga games for new club Real Madrid.

And on Matchday 4, the former Dortmund sensation was the hero once again as he secured Los Blancos’ winner in a crucial victory over Getafe.

Ancelotti’s men hosted Geta Azulones just before the international break and found themselves one-nil down at home after conceding to their former attacker Borja Mayoral in the 11th minute.

Joselu equalized for the hosts early in the second half, but the visitors foiled multiple Real Madrid attempts to take the lead. However, in the final minutes of the game, Bellingham came through and earned his team three points in stoppage time.

While Rodrygo deserves credit for this goal, it was Bellingham’s quick thinking that sealed the three points, with the Three Lions sensation rolling the ball into the net after the Getafe keeper mishandled a shot from the aforementioned Brazilian forward. Jude had accomplished an incredible achievement. To put this achievement in context, the midfielder has now scored in each of his first four La Liga games for the Spanish giants, which only Cristiano Ronaldo has done before.

As a result, Los Merengues retained their unblemished start to the season and will enter the international break atop the league. However, if Atletico Madrid and Barcelona win their respective games on Sunday, they will cut Real Madrid’s lead to two points.
