Gordon has been nominated for the PFA Premier League Fans’ Player of the Month award.
Gordon, who was also in contention for the Premier League’s EA Sports Player of the Month award, was a standout for the Magpies, scoring the game-winning goal against Arsenal at St. James’ Park.
The 22-year-old also scored in Newcastle’s 4-1 thumping of Chelsea, as well as assisting Jamaal Lascelles, as he extended his strong start to his first full season in black and white.
