Everton and Forest have been charged for violating the principles of profit and sustainability in the PL.

The clubs have 14 days to submit their formal answers to the complaint.

Everton and Nottingham Forest have both stated that they have been sent to an independent committee for potential breaches of Premier League financial rules.

The teams issued comments confirming the referrals, which concern alleged violations of the league’s profitability and sustainability guidelines (PSR). If the violations are verified, they will suffer point deductions.

The clubs have 14 days to respond to the allegations in writing.
